Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial principles / This position offers the chance to work in a vibrant environment and contribute to the company’s financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
• Prepare and send out bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness of all payments.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other discrepancies.
• Generate and analyze financial statements and reports detailing the status of accounts receivable.
• Assist in the month-end closing process.
• Address and resolve any billing or payment issues by working directly with customers.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of all financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
• Strong driven skills and being able to multitask
• Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.50 per hour
