Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Representative to join our team. As an Office Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Duties:
- Serve as the front desk representative, greeting and assisting visitors
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager, providing administrative support as needed
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and computerized, ensuring documents are easily accessible
- Handle dental receptionist duties such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and verifying insurance information
- Demonstrate phone etiquette by answering calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate staff members
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Utilize computerized systems to input and retrieve information accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication within the office
- Assist with general office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining a clean work environment

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience working as a front desk representative or personal assistant is preferred
- Proficient in file management and organization
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to provide outstanding customer support in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and retrieval
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
