- Handle dental receptionist duties such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and verifying insurance information
- Demonstrate phone etiquette by answering calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate staff members
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Utilize computerized systems to input and retrieve information accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication within the office
- Assist with general office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining a clean work environment
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience working as a front desk representative or personal assistant is preferred
