Accounting Clerk jobs in Kansas

Job Overview:
We are eager to meet our next Accounting Clerk! We are seeking a detail-oriented team member with strong organizational skills. Candidates need to have a strong background in accounting principles and be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.

Duties:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for multiple locations
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards customers and vendors
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry and filing
- Process deposits & payments accurately and timely

Experience:
- Previous experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Pharmacy or healthcare bookkeeping experience is beneficial, but not required

Skills:
- Experience with QuickBooks is a necessity
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to details
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
- Ability to prioritize tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
