Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee our accounting department's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Duties:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial transactions, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Coordinate and assist with the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements, including tax filings and financial audits
- Conduct regular account analysis to identify discrepancies or issues and propose solutions
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall financial performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an accounting supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 to $100,000 per year based on experience

Expected hours: 40 per week
