Accounts Payable Clerk jobs in Hawaii

We are a Property Management Company looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting team. We are in search of a team player who is detail oriented, proficient in data entry, and able to meet deadlines. Candidate will handle Accounts Payable processing for 25 clients.

Essential Duties:

• Communicate with Resident/Property Managers to obtain approvals
• Data entry of vendors’ invoices, check requests, and monthly statements
• Review & select invoices for payment
• Review, sort, & distribute payments
• Research and reconcile vendor statements
• Assist in Month-End A/P closing
• Assist in preparing 1099 Forms
• File and maintain A/P Paid Invoices
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

· Must have at least 1-year Accounts Payable Experience

· Have a positive attitude and be a Team player

· Detail Oriented

· Able to multi-task and effectively prioritize work assignments

· Able to meet deadlines

· Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel & Outlook
