Job Description

SCOPE AND PURPOSE:

To work with Manager in the general administration of the property and perform all related management functions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include but are not limited to the following, as other duties may be assigned.

• Enter all daily activity into computer (rentals, move-in/outs, notices to vacate, cancellations, etc.).
• Post monies and make deposits daily.
• Process security deposits.
• Generate daily activity reports for all office personnel.
• Assist residents with problems and complaints.
• Review all rental files for accuracy.
• Generate rental increase and renewal letters.
• Process any and all invoices.
