Accounts Receivable Clerk jobs in North Carolina

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Managing AR through a Company CRM, QuickBooks Online & Bill.com
• Providing customers with industry leading expertise and thoroughly discussing [overdue/current] invoices, work orders , and proposals.
• Adhere to all local, state and federal tax guidelines
• Entering data from one CRM to another on a regular.
• Sending AR Reports on a monthly basis.
• Bank deposit on a weekly basis.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Weekly meetings with management in regard to Account Receivables.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 Years of age or older.
• Must have High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Must have strong communication, and customer service skills.
• Must have experience with QuickBooks Online Platform.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Products.
• Must be very detail oriented along with a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred

• Service Base Company : Accounts Receivables experience is preferred (Compensation pay rate is based on years of experience in the industry)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
