We are looking to add to our Property Management Accounting Team. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented person for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist position. This person will be an integral part of a team environment, in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities include:
1. Coding vendor invoices, with attention to detail
2. Reconciling vendor statements
3. Billing tenants
4. Receipting and depositing tenant payments
5. Providing Administrative Assistance
The position requires strong data entry, mathematical precision, organizational and time management skills, as well as experience with Microsoft Excel. Experience with Appfolio Property Management Software is a plus!
