The front desk admissions clerk is responsible to accurately and appropriately route patients, customers, vendor representatives, and other individuals correctly and efficiently. The clerk is responsible for greeting and checking in patients, collecting personal, medical, and insurance information, and verifying their insurance through the Experian tool. The clerical position will schedule, reschedule, and verify patient appointments. Works well within the team environment for the better of the department and the beginning of the patient care plan.
