We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working Advertising Promotions Representative that will be responsible for assisting the Manager of Workshop Territories on projects for our Starkey customers related to their retail sales and marketing activities.

This includes promoting our event and staffing service programs. You will work closely with a variety of support teams from event acquisition to kick off and closely monitor all event aspects through its conclusion.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; sales or marketing degree preferred
• Up to one year experience working in a business or office environment or internship in a sales coordinator or marketing related role

Our advertising promotions representative will :

• Work closely with Manager of Workshop Territories to sell, promote and coordinate customer Workshop events
• Provide general all-around sales support to include, task organizing, ticket entering, scheduling, and confirming customer retail sales and promotional events
• Collaborate with internal Retail Marketing Account Executives on marketing tactics and best practices
• Kick-off event campaigns within Wrike task management platform, assign tasks, manage and keep projects within program guidelines by deadline and within budget
• Maintain and update customer files by entering details and notifications in the Workshop online form
• Create sales documents and supporting data
• Usage of Microsoft office platform, online data and digital design
• Participate in customer continuing education
• Attend and support customer meetings and training classes
• Facilitate regular communications with inside / outside sales and consultant teams
• Assist writing quarterly Workshop update memos to sales regions and management
