Accountabilities
The Associate Director of HCP Marketing will lead the strategic direction, design, execution and measurement of all HCP Personal Promotion marketing strategies. Your focus will be on opportunity assessments, brand messaging, HCP segmentation, HCP insights, and sales force materials/resources. You will also develop, implement and optimize brand strategies and plans for HCP customers, specifically focused on personal promotion. Serving as the primary link between a large sales force and the brand team, you will be instrumental in driving our mission forward.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in business, marketing or the sciences
5 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience; preferably in brand marketing, market access, market research/analytics, strategic planning or sales
3 years of US Pharmaceutical Marketing and Promotions experience
Successful delivery of strategic and operational plans within a therapeutic or business area
Demonstrated experience in working within cross-functional business units essential
Strong Clinical skills
Strong financial skill with the ability to assess and get results
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to successfully lead through ambiguity
Successful experience leading change transformation
Demonstrated learning agility
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Advanced Degree in business, marketing, or the sciences
