Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day operations of a Department of Defense site to ensure efficient and effective functioning.
· Effectively manage teams to work through complex technical and site configuration issues, to keep the project on schedule and within quality and safety guidelines.
· Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest level of quality for our clients.
· Develop and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
· Manage and lead a team of employees and subcontractors, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
· Create and execute project plans to meet client requirements and deadlines.
· Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues and implementing solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
· Year-round on-site position in Alaska working 60 hours per week. Eligible for Lodging and Per Diem allowance, and includes home rotations as necessary depending on site activities.

· Knowledges, Skills & Abilities:
· Strong Department of Defense or aerospace site operations management skills.
· Deep knowledge of DoD regulations, policies, and procedures related to project/site management and cost control.
· Strong people management skills, including experience with hiring, training, and assessing performance.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate technical requirements into business objectives.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check, and ensure proper handling of Controlled Classified Information (CUI)
· Ability to respond to frequent, competing priorities and responsibilities.
· Ability to successfully work under potentially harsh conditions like a laydown yard or construction site.
Experience and Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or A Related Field.
· Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in Construction Project Management, Preferably In The Aerospace or Defense Industry.
· Working Knowledge of Construction Codes, Regulations, And Safety Standards.
· Must be a U.S. Citizen.
