What You Will Be Doing
WilmerHale, one of the world’s leading law firms, is seeking to hire an Alumni Relations Manager.
As a member of the Clients Development team, the Alumni Relations Manager will develop, launch, lead, monitor and report on programs, events and initiatives designed to promote a consistent and meaningful dialogue with and among the firm’s alumni community. The Manager will work in close collaboration with the Chief Client Development Officer and the Director of Public Relations and Communications as well as seamlessly with colleagues throughout the Client Development Department. The position will work across various firm internal departments such as Legal Personnel, Practice Management, Human Resources, IS, and Finance.
The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational, writing, and communication and presentation skills and a blend of project leadership, business analysis, executive communication, and process management. This is an exciting opportunity to be directly involved in business development planning.
The position will assist with proactively supporting client service by actively participating in the firm's Service Excellence initiative. Ensures that staff members are providing quality service to internal members/departments of the firm as well as external clients and vendors by displaying professionalism via electronic and print correspondence, over the telephone and in-person and by encouraging an atmosphere that rewards a "can do" attitude.
