G.O.D.O.G.S, the grooming and daycare portion of Shaffer Animal Hospital, is hiring a full/part time experienced groomer. Preferably a graduate from a recognized grooming school. Breed knowledge, hand scissoring skills and comfortable handling animals is a must. Cat grooming and Fear Free certification would be a plus but not required.
Potential candidates should enjoy working with animals, be patient and compassionate, detail-oriented, reliable, have great customer service skills and work well with others.

Commission based pay plus tips, W-2 employee with some benefits available.
Pay scale depends on you! 50% commission for each groom and 30% commission for each bath.
Employment is contingent upon (1) agreeing to Employer’s current Employee Handbook and Policies; (2) background screen and drug test; and (3) completion of an I-9 and Federal and State Withholding Certificates.
