Annuities Customer Service Supervisor oversees a staff of annuities customer service representatives and ensures annuity customers are satisfied and inquiries are handled in a timely manner. Being an Annuities Customer Service Supervisor has thorough knowledge of annuities, current tax laws and other legislation that can impact the company's annuity contracts. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Annuities Customer Service Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Annuities Customer Service Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Position Overview:- This role involves answering phone calls from the comfort of your own home.
- In order to be considered for this position, you must have a reliable internet connection, a newer model computer, and a dedicated, quiet workspace where you can train and work without interruptions.
- As part of your responsibilities, you will be assisting customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues.
We are looking for applicants who are comfortable working in a high-call volume environment and who are ready to stay busy.
Job Requirements:- Required availability includes a start time of 10:00 AM MST, end time of 6:15 PM MST
- Reliable internet connection (A minimum of 50 Mbps download speed).
- PC or Laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS.
- A dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Excellent reading/writing skills.
- Ability to work 32 hours per week, minimum. (Overtime during busy weeks available on a volunteer basis)
- Cyber Monday & Black Friday weekend Required availability
- Ability to work at least one weekend day per week
- Solid PC skills (data entry, systems navigation, basic troubleshooting, etc.)
- MUST LIVE IN WY or KS
