Annuity Services Director jobs in California

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Annuity Solutions to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting, educating, and marketing annuity products to other wholesale marketing representatives and their financial advisors through a variety of and other distribution channels. This role requires a deep understanding of annuity products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to find, build and maintain strong relationships with marketing professionals.

• Product Promotion and Education:
• Actively promote and educate marketing representatives and financial advisors about the features, benefits, and suitability of various annuity products.
• Conduct product training sessions, webinars, and presentations to increase awareness and understanding of annuity offerings.

• Sales Support:
• Collaborate with financial advisors and marketing representatives to identify client needs and recommend suitable annuity solutions.
• Provide sales support through product demonstrations, case design, and illustration support to assist advisors in closing sales.

• Relationship Development:
• Organize and develop a list of potential prospective wholesale distribution customers, conduct outgoing solicitation to calendar recruiting sessions with AIN’s Chief Marketing Officer.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with AIN’s existing marketing representatives, broker-dealers, and other key stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted resource for product information, sales strategies, and industry trends.

• Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes affecting the annuity industry.
• Analyze sales data and market feedback to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales and promotional activities.
• Provide guidance and support to financial advisors to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services sales, with a focus on annuities preferred.

· Strong understanding of annuity products, including fixed, variable, and indexed annuities.

· Proven track record of sales success and building strong client relationships.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
