Summary of Essential Duties
The Accounts Administrator is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing new account applications, transfers, and service requests for new and existing clients. This position will serve as a guide for the clients from the time they say they want to do business with our firm to the time they are fully onboarded. Therefore, it is very important this position makes this process as smooth as possible for the client and monitors the progress closely. This role will follow processes and systems already in place for successful operations and coordinate with other departments of the firm for expedient and accurate results for our clients.
