Assistant Pharmacy Director jobs in Massachusetts
Assistant Pharmacy Director assists department head in daily duties and assumes responsibility in his/her absence. Oversees pharmacists and provides pharmacy services. Being an Assistant Pharmacy Director compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceuticals. Typically requires a master's degree in pharmacy or doctor of pharmacy. Additionally, Assistant Pharmacy Director requires state Pharmacist License. Typically reports to top management. The Assistant Pharmacy Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Assistant Pharmacy Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Rowlands Pharmacy are currently looking for an experienced NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services to work as a Pharmacy Assistant in the Branch Name hospital pharmacy.
You will participate in all branch processes and establish relationships with customers, patients, healthcare professionals and Trust colleagues. Duties
will include dispensing medication on outpatient prescriptions, stock ordering and management, invoicing and financing deliveries, as well as all other duties associated with working in a busy outpatient pharmacy.
You will have a NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services
Essential :
Able to demonstrate self-motivation with good interpersonal skills
Understanding of confidentiality
Ability to prioritise work load and work to deadlines

Total Hours Contracted 40
Working Pattern : Monday - 9 (08 : 30 - 6 : 30) Tuesday - 9 (08 : 30 - 6 : 30) Wednesday - 9 (08 : 30 - 6 : 30) Thursday - 9 (08 : 30 - 6 : 30) Friday - 9 (08 : 30 - 6 : 30)
