This is a full-time Assistant Property Manager role at Verterra Property Management LLC. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of both commercial and residential properties. This includes tasks such as tenant relations, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and property inspections. This is a hybrid role, based in Summerville, SC, with flexibility for some remote work.
