Assistant Treasurer assists in the direction and management of an organization's treasury activities. Oversees and directs all aspects of daily treasury activities. Being an Assistant Treasurer ensures financial transactions, policies, and procedures fulfill the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements. Assists with the corporate banking, credit, and investment functions. Additionally, Assistant Treasurer requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Assistant Treasurer manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Overview :
Reporting directly to Senior Director, Corporate FP&A and Treasury, the Assistant Treasurer at Revvity will play a pivotal role in managing global treasury operations and leading strategic initiatives to optimize the company's financial performance.
You will oversee cash management, credit administration, and foreign exchange (FX) hedging activities, as well as spearhead efforts in the centralization of operations, banking optimization, and foreign cash repatriation.
You will work closely with the global tax and controllership teams, as well as external corporate banking partners and credit rating agencies.
Additionally, you will lead a small global team of analysts, providing guidance, support and mentorship. This is a hybrid opportunity with Tuesday through Thursday in the office work schedule based at our headquarters in Waltham, MA.
Key Responsibilities :
Leading global day-to-day treasury operations including overseeing the balance sheet hedging program, global cash forecasting, debt and liquidity management, and intercompany netting program.
Driving process improvement in core operations through standardization and automation.
Partnering with Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis on forecasting and reporting cash, liquidity, debt / leverage, and credit metrics.
Provide monthly updates to Chief Financial Officer and prepare quarterly materials for Audit Committee.
