Position Summary: Capitol Technology University, a nonprofit university located in Laurel, Maryland, seeks a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our faculty as an Adjunct Professor in Electrical Engineering, starting in Fall 2024. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching a range of undergraduate and graduate courses related to electrical engineering, specifically in the areas of circuits, analog and digital electronics, and communication systems. List of Essential Duties:

· Respond to invitations to make recommendations to the Chair and Dean regarding the selection of textbooks or other required texts relevant to the adjunct faculty member's academic discipline and teaching assignment.
· Submit final grades no later than 48 hours after the conclusion of the last day of class; remain available to students during the week following the posting of final grades.
· Participate in student learning outcomes assessment related to the adjunct's teaching assignment as directed by the Chair and Dean.
· Adhere to all established university absence and attendance policies, guidelines, and requirements.
· Complete related projects and duties as assigned.
· Maintain office hours to assist students with coursework, projects, and academic inquiries.
