```Duties```
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Assist guests with any requests or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other clinic staff to ensure patient satisfaction

```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings until 6:30 pm and once a month Saturdays from 7:45 am-12:30 pm.
- Familiarity with chiropractic receptionist or medical receptionist duties is beneficial

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
