    Our Award Winning Client Nursing Operations is seeking a skilled RN Manager of Staffing Resources and Nursing Operations to join their dynamic team.     In this role, you will oversee and provide strategic direction to our client's Nursing Supervisors (HOCs), Float Pool (Staffing Resource Pool), and Nurse Administrative Coordinators. Your responsibilities will include coordinating staffing resources, facilitating the staffing of hospital and long-term care departments, maintaining accurate scheduling information, and supporting the placement of skilled nursing personnel. Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of staffing policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate staffing resources to the Nursing Management Team.
    • Facilitate staffing of the hospital and long-term care departments.
    • Maintain accurate scheduling information on all nursing employees.
    • Assist in the placement of appropriately trained nursing personnel.
    • Serve as the communication point regarding staffing.
    • Support the development of staffing policies and procedures.
    • Maintain the Performance Management Process for responsible departments.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
    • Nursing Management experience preferred
    • Experience scheduling staff preferred
    • Registered Nurse License (RN)
    • American Heart Association CPR (BLS)
    • Full-time, Onsite
