Are you a great fit?

• You have a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• You are a master's or doctoral candidate (or highly motivated professional) with a passion for education.
• You possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and enjoy staying up-to-date on education trends.
• You possess a valid driver's license and car.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you'll wear two hats: supporting the President & CEO and conducting impactful research.

Supporting the Alliance:

• Partner with the CEO, providing administrative and office support.
• Attend client meetings, capturing key takeaways and following up with reports.
• Assist in planning events that convene education thought leaders.
• Maintain up-to-date research files on education trends.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues through effective communication.

Shaping the Future of Education:

• Conduct research on critical trends in education, demographics, and the workforce.
• Analyze data to generate insights, informing strategic recommendations.
• Craft clear and compelling reports and presentations.
• Contribute research and editing to articles published in top education journals.
