Job Summary
The University of Kentucky College of Medicine is seeking a talented individual to manage faculty development efforts across all College of Medicine campuses. The Associate Dean for Faculty Development will report to the Vice Dean for Faculty Affairs and will be responsible for the design, implementation, assessment, and oversight of faculty development across the college.
Duties will include establishing a system for ongoing program evaluation and assessment of outcomes, facilitating multiple leadership and development sessions, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with peers, supervisors, and leaders within and across organizational lines to achieve desired outcomes, and supervision of faculty and/or staff.
