Associate Food Services Director - Higher Ed. manages one or several areas of institutional food service and resources. Implements and maintains food service policies in dining halls. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an Associate Food Services Director - Higher Ed. typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. ~ Working as a Resident District Manager (RDM) for Chartwells Higher Ed, you will lead a the FOOD SERVICE team at Tennessee Tech University! You will serve as our point of contact for the client as well as lead the team within the account and manage the overall operation. You will provide planning and direction within your account to achieve operational and financial goals in a dynamic environment. You will also maintain strong client relationships and work to fulfill our mission to feed campus guests.

- Responsible for labor budget and shared responsibility on food cost controls
