Central Ohio Primary Care is seeking a full time healthcare and transactional attorney at our central business office in Westerville, OH. This position will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a variety of vendor agreements ranging from maintenance services to purchases of imaging equipment to complex healthcare transactions. This role will also provide daily advice and counsel to management team, physicians and staff on variety of healthcare and regulatory issues as well as on occasional litigation matters involving patients, staff, physicians, and practices.
