Position Summary
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the strategic direction of the Agencies HR organization, its practices, and operations to meet the needs of the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (“SNRHA”). The incumbent will lead the planning, development, and implementation of policies that include diversity, equity, and inclusion programs (DEI), staff activities, and service delivery strategies organization-wide. The leader will also facilitate strategic planning, change management, and organizational design aligned with the mission and vision of the SNRHA.
