The Wirth Law Office is an entrepreneurial firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need a Paralegal to join our team and work directly with our Cannabis Business Lawyer to help our business clients navigate an everchanging legal landscape.

We want to be known for helping our business clients with their legal issues and compliance so they can focus on their business. We want to be a part our client's success and leave them feeling that they had a team behind them that really cared and fought for them and their business.

We are growing fast, and we need a Paralegal who can hit the ground running. This position will be responsible for important work, including:

• Meeting with clients in person and via Zoom/phone.
• Writing and sending emails and letters to clients and others.
• Scheduling meetings and maintaining a calendar for the team.
• Organizing and maintaining file organization for Cannabis Business client files.
• Drafting formal pleadings and documents, typically from templates.
• Assisting the attorney with any work that can be taken off their plate.
• Being a team player and covering for your fellow teammates to help the Firm and our clients find clarity around and relief from the situation that brought them to the Firm in the first place.
• Making law easy for Wirth Law Office clients.

• Experience, education, and/or and training as a paralegal .

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
