The Office of Residence Life & Housing seeks courteous, reliable and responsible students with previous driving experience and a good driving record to provide transportation from the MCLA campus to various locations in the area. The Shuttle typically runs on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Additional days and times might be included depending on the specific transportation needs of the College community.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to carry out duties commonly associated with driving a motor vehicle.
Must take and pass the van driver certification program provided by the MCLA Public Safety department.
Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.
Must be at least 20 years of age.
Must be in good conduct standing with the College.
Must possess a valid driver's license, have previous driving experience and no moving violations.
Must work well with and without direct supervision.
Must display good judgment.
Must be attentive to safety protocols on and off the road.
Must understand and practice good customer service skills.
Must keep the Shuttle clean during and at the end of each work shift.
Additional Information:
This position is open only to students currently enrolled at MCLA.
