Psychology Resources is a busy mental health counseling clinic seeking an individual with exceptional communication and customer service skills. This part-time position plays a key support role in maintaining the daily operations of our clinic.
We are interested in someone who provides excellent patient care with dedication to confidentiality (HIPAA compliant) while providing support to twelve clinicians. Duties include, but are not limited to scheduling patient appointments, managing incoming calls and answering questions about the services we provide.
We are looking to fill a part-time position. Hours could also be flexible depending on person/our needs. The clinic hours are:
Monday 8:30 – 6:00
Tuesday 8:30 – 7:00
Wednesday 8:30 – 7:00
Thursday 8:30 – 7:00
Friday 8:30 – 6:00
Saturday 9:00 – 5:30
Sunday – Closed
Wage range $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.
