We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Flag Football Camp Director to join our team. As the Camp Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our flag football camp, including planning, organizing, and implementing activities for camp participants. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children while fostering their love for sports.
This is a Break/Summer Camp position, with opportunities to continue with our team in a league director and in future camp seasons!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive flag football camp program
- Plan and organize daily activities, drills, and games for camp participants
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
- Provide instruction and guidance to campers on flag football techniques and strategies
- Supervise and manage camp staff, including coaches and counselors
- Maintain accurate attendance records and camper information
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding camp updates and participant progress
- Collaborate with other camp directors to coordinate schedules and resources
- Ensure compliance with all camp policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Experience:
- Classroom management experience is preferred
- Experience working with students in an educational or recreational setting
- First aid certification is required
- Experience working with children in sports coaching, daycare, or childhood development settings is highly desirable
