We are seeking a passionate sales professional for the Natural channel based in the Eastern US. The Regional Sales Manager role requires the ability to lead broker partners and work with key retail accounts to maximize Bakery on Main's in-store profile. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales. All business activities must be done in a way that underscores the company mission of Bakery on Main's. The ideal candidate will have experience in the sales organization of a CPG/Food company, food broker, or from the retail side of the business.
