Our goal is to create memorable experiences with every customer encounter. We are seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to oversee, manage, and propel the HOS Bakery division to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a strong background in food service management, and a passion for building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bakery operations, including production, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Develop and implement strategies to increase bakery sales and profitability
- Train and supervise bakery staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create and update menus, taking into account seasonal offerings and customer preferences
- Monitor product quality and consistency to meet customer expectations
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices

Skills:
- Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or food production
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
- Hospitality management experience is a plus
- Familiarity with assistant manager roles in the restaurant or food industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Creativity in developing new bakery products and improving existing recipes
