- Job Description:This contingent resource assignment entails:Participation in or support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout.Reviewing basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures related to low-risk tasks and deliverables within Loan Workout, with narrower impact.Receiving direction from a supervisor and exercising judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Providing information to client personnel within Loan Workout.Required Qualifications:6 months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.Responsibilities:Managing complex and sensitive customer issues, including estate care resolution (life events), remediations, and/or settlements.Assessing wide-ranging customer circumstances, conducting extensive research, determining appropriate courses of action, documenting/communicating findings, and supporting the issue through direct mediation as applicable.Managing stakeholder relationships with customers, family members, legal representatives, and business partners.Team Duties:Managing and supporting the control step.Serving as the last stop in the settlement review process within the recovery department.Handling a significant portion of case reviews in Credit Cards.Receiving daily and weekly reports, with the contractor assigned a control or process to work on each day.Operating without direct customer interaction.Requirements:2 years of relevant professional experience.Desired experience in root cause analysis, understanding credit cards (main department focus), payment research, litigation exposure (specifically civil procedure), partnering with third-party law firms, working independently, and resourcefulness.Background in an enterprise/corporate environment.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Excel is highly valuable for this role.Education/License Requirements:None specified.Preferred Industry Experience:Financial services background is preferred.
