Barista jobs in Vermont
Barista greets customers, identifies their needs, and answers questions about menu items. Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, chai, and similar beverages. Being a Barista may prepare and serve limited food items. Records sales, operates a cash register, and follows cash handling policies as required. Additionally, Barista may assist with store set-up, clean-up, and stocking of merchandise. May require a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Barista works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

We strongly believe in having the highest quality possible in every area. Our baristas make everything from scratch, including all of our syrups, iced teas, lemonade, and cold brew.
Baristas can make between $19 and $28 per hour after tips depending on the day and shift. We also offer a generous 50% employee discount off shift, and free food and drink on shift.
Available shift is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6 am / 7 am - 1 pm
