Summary: Works closely with the Sales Representatives brokers, and carrier partners to acquire and retain new clients. Very involved in preparing renewal documents and reporting for our clients and carrier partners. Ensures that all renewal contracts and applications are completed in a timely and accurate fashion. Helps our Sales Reps and the Marketing Support Team resolve and prevent client issues through detailed documentation and exceptional customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Existing and New Business Support/Coordination
· Maintenance of internal and external renewal reports and provide mid-year reporting as needed
· Running initial renewal reports
· Updating DY
· Posting/updating documents in Sharepoint
· Posting renewal proposals
· Getting applications signed
· Monthly Reports
· Other duties as assigned
· Respond in a timely and professional manner to all internal and external client inquiries and strives to deliver an extrodinary client experience in every situation
2. Plan Maintenance and Administration
· Assist in new group implementation through detailed and accessible documentation
3. Miscellaneous
· Update existing reports or create ad-hoc reports specific to the Client’s or Sales Representative needs
· Assist in new vendor implementation
· Assisting Marketing Support Specialists with renewals and new business quotes as needed
