Summary: Position requires knowledge of employee benefits especially self-funded medical. Experience working with different online enrollment systems and/or web-based self-service platforms would be a plus. Position is responsible for assisting in the set-up of new groups and ongoing maintenance in both our web portal and on-line enrollment system. Be a point of contact for HR users and brokers to assist them with questions and issues regarding the two systems. Work with outside vendors to file RXDC and ACA reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the on-boarding of new Clients and/or renewal of existing Client’s utilizing on-line enrollment system.
2. Work with programmer(s) to maintain functionality of current on-line enrollment system. Trouble- shoot issues and makes recommendations for improvement in functionality.
3. Maintain Web Portal including but not limited to Set Up new groups/plan documents/system enhancements.
4. Assist with reviewing discrepancy reports from Multiple Vendors
5. Audit on-Line enrollment system and web portal to ensure accurate information is being captured and/or displayed in both systems.
6. Annual ACA Reporting for clients.
7. Complete annual RXDC filing and uploading to CMS.
