Beverage Manager - Casino manages all activities of the beverage function for the organization. Identifies, evaluates and develops strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction with the department's services. Being a Beverage Manager - Casino ensures compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Monitors equipment and inventory levels and takes appropriate action. Additionally, Beverage Manager - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the head of the unit/department. The Beverage Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.     • Operates exciting restaurant environments which attract and retain gaming guests while supporting Company Strategy
    • Responsible for all Front of House food operations to include Service Standards, maintaining positive employee relations, hiring and training of all staff
    • Follows all concept specific guidelines while controlling costs
    • Ability to analyze and evaluate profit and loss statements
    • Executes and audits supplies and inventory items insuring cost controls
    • Ensures that all food products prepared meet the established specifications and standards
    • Ensures that the proper levels of service are provided based on forecasted needs & assures return visits
    • Ensures that the minimum level of labor is used to perform the required level of service without impacting service standards
    • Completes the required daily financial tools and reports
    • Ability to ensure timely service/creative offerings with large functions
    • Communicates variances from established standards to Food & Beverage Director
    • Solicits and responds to guest feedback through direct interaction, comment card analysis & Marketing Feedback
    • Maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe and comfortable work environment for employees and guests
    • Ensures that all service equipment is operational and handled safely, reporting mechanical issues to appropriate team members
    • Follows all established Alcohol Management Guidelines
    • Assures all employee files are in order as described in Property Guidelines
    • Understands and administers the PAR form, sets performance expectations and provides coaching and operational support for the supervisory team, and employees
    • Enforces all appearance and uniform guidelines
    • Enforces all regulatory, internal controls, policies and procedures
    • Communicates with VIP and Marketing Team to support all Property efforts in positively impacting our guest experiences
    • Adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and internal controls
    • Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to the company and encourages others to do the same
    • Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university
    • A minimum of seven years restaurant industry work including four years progressive management experience in a standardized restaurant environment
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
    • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, team building and problem solving skills are required
    • Experience in motivating staff through appropriate incentive programs and training
    • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
