Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bicycle Mechanic to join our dynamic team. As a Bicycle Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining bicycles of various types and models. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality service. This position offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $10 to $20 per hour, depending on your skills and experience. Weekend availability is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Perform bicycle repairs, tune-ups, and maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Diagnose mechanical issues, identify necessary repairs, and provide accurate estimates to customers.
• Replace or repair defective components, such as brakes, gears, chains, and tires.
• Ensure proper wheel truing, hub adjustments, and spoke replacements.
• Install and adjust accessories, including fenders, racks, lights, and locks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.
• Assist customers with inquiries, providing professional and friendly service.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in bicycle technology.
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bicycle Mechanic or relevant field.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various types of bicycles.
• Strong knowledge of bicycle components, including gears, brakes, and drivetrain systems.
• Ability to use specialized tools and equipment for repairs and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
