Responsibilities:

• Treat each customer and colleague with respect and compassion
• Use a wide range of skills for bike repair, assembly, and service
• Maintain a strong knowledge of shop products
• Provide welcoming, positive, and unwavering customer service to every single person
• Build a client base through development of customer relations
• Keep the bike technician area tidy

Qualifications

• Mechanic experience (Bicycle experience preffered, but not required)
• Retail experience a plus (preferably in the cycling industry, but not required)
• Self-driven, but also thrives working in a team
• A love for cycling culture

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
