Red Bicycle Coffee in Nashville, TN is looking for one store manager to join our 14 person strong team. We are located at 1200 5th Avenue North #104. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable. Our store hours are 7am-6pm.

Responsibilities

*Train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded *Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs *Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner *Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place

Qualifications

*Prior food and beverage management experience. *Strong organizational skills *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize

This is a salaried position with an opportunity for growth. Pay is based on experience. We are looking forward to reading your application.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $25.00/hour.
