BILLING CLERK jobs in Arizona

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounts payable/recieveable and possess excellent phone etiquette skills.

Duties:

- Prepare and submit customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner

- Review billing data and ensure accuracy

- Resolve billing discrepancies

- Communicate with customers to address billing inquiries

- Assist with account analysis as needed

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in accounting/billing

- Strong communication skill

- Proficient in excel & over all microsoft 365

Pay rate is based on expierence.
