Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Manager to join our team. As a Billing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing billing processes, account reconciliation, and financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the billing process and ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Conduct account reconciliations to resolve any discrepancies
- Perform journal entries and maintain financial records
- Utilize double-entry bookkeeping principles to track financial transactions
- Handle medical collections and coding procedures
- Analyze credits and provide credit analysis reports
- Familiarity with medical terminology for accurate billing
- Utilize Quicken software for financial managementRequirements:
- Strong knowledge of debits and credits principles
- Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping techniques
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilitiesJob Type: Full-time
