Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our billing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing and coding, ensuring accurate and timely submission of medical claims.

Responsibilities:
- Review and verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors
- Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies
- Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe
- Utilize medical billing software to process claims
- Resolve billing issues and discrepancies
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
- Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers regarding billing issues

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in medical billing systems and software
- Knowledge of medical billing procedures, including ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medical office procedures
- Experience in medical collections is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
