Billing Systems Manager manages the daily operations of the billing system. Ensures the operations and associated procedures of billing systems are efficient and effective for billing delivery. Being a Billing Systems Manager develops and implements new billing solutions to improve departmental efficiency and accuracy. Helps develop strategies for system integration of future technology. Additionally, Billing Systems Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Billing Systems Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Billing Systems Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Billing Manager will be responsible for:- Foster and develop strong client relationships.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client communications.
- Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
- Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
- Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.
- Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage new client implementations.
- Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.
- Participate in marketing and business development strategy.

- 3 years of client relationship management and/or business development experience.
- Healthcare and RCM experience preferred

- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
