Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Billing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in medical collections, revenue cycle management, and accounting principles.

Duties:
- Oversee the billing department operations and ensure accurate and timely billing processes
- Manage accounts receivable and payable functions
- Implement and maintain billing policies and procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Analyze financial data and generate reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and debits/credits principles
- Experience in medical collections and revenue cycle management
- Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft or similar accounting software
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
