Bindery Equipment Operator

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Operate and maintain bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, collators, and stitchers
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Set up machines according to job specifications
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and timely completion of orders
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
- Coordinate with other team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Bindery Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of prepress, forklift operation, machining, print advertising, graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, quality control, press operations, typography
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
