Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices to ensure organizational well-being.
• Contribute to the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational goals.
• Use financial data to improve profitability.
• Monitor production and perform quality controls.
• Recruit, train, develop, supervise, and appraise human resources.
• Address clients’ and employees’ concerns and provide solutions.
• Manage operational systems and maintain company equipment.
• Provide daily training and coaching based on evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and staff.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Effective time management and deadline adherence.
• Experience in budget development, forecasting, and oversight.
• Familiarity with business and financial principles.
• Strong work ethic and flexibility.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Positive impact on company culture and direction.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Full-time access to a personal vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field preferred.
• Proven work experience as an operations manager.
