Job Summary:
The inside sales specialist will be responsible for serving existing customers, contacting potential customers, and discussing with them the availability of our small games of chance products. They will work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Duties:

• Contact existing customers that haven’t purchased in a while and discuss our product line.
• Answer customer calls, taking orders, answering questions regarding game rules.
• Assist walk in customers with game selection, pricing and complete the sale. Also assist call in customers, collect payment and shipping products.
• Present product information, pricing, and promotions to all customers in a compelling manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting small games of chance products.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Hours 8:30 to 5:30 M-F.
• Work with IT Manager to create an online catalog.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of small games of chance a plus.
• Quickbooks and SalesForce experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
